How do I book?

You can book through our online system by selecting your preferred date, time, and completing the payment process.

Our website and experiences are fully bilingual, available in both English and Portuguese for your convenience.

Is it suitable for groups?

Yes, our escape room is designed for groups, making it perfect for friends, families, or special events.

What is the age limit?

Participants of all ages are welcome, with the recommended age range being 7 to 12. Younger children may need adult supervision during the game.

What payment methods are accepted?

We are currently working with PayPal, which supports payments through PayPal account, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is the CLUESNTALES experience safe for children?

What kind of space is needed for the party?

Absolutely. The safety and well-being of our little explorers is our top priority. The game was designed from the ground up to be a reasoning and collaboration activity, not one of physical effort or running around, ensuring a calm and focused environment. Our props are sturdy and carefully selected, with no sharp edges. It's important to note that the adventure contains some small objects and puzzle pieces (such as keys or treasure 'jewels'). For this reason, and due to the complexity of some challenges, we recommend the experience for explorers aged 7 and up. The activity is always led by our Story Guide, and we count on the attentive supervision of parents or party hosts to ensure the treasure hunt proceeds as safely and fun as possible.

An area of approximately 10-15m² is ideal (such as a living room or garage space). The most important recommendation for a safe and fun experience is that this area be as free of obstacles and fragile objects as possible. Before we arrive, we only ask that you ensure a clear floor space where the "crew" can sit and move comfortably around the mysteries.

Do I need to supervise the children during the activity?

Yes. Your presence is essential. Our role as the "Story Guide" is to lead the narrative and ensure the game experience runs perfectly. Your role, as the party host and person responsible for the group, is to ensure the general well-being and supervision of the children. It's a team effort to create a magical and safe environment!

What if a child has allergies or special needs?

Please inform us of any specific needs at the time of booking. We are more than happy to adapt the experience if necessary. Our priority is that all children feel included and safe. (Note: Our final treasure may contain chocolate and nuts. Please let us know about any food allergies).

At CLUESNTALES, we understand that, especially with children, unexpected things happen. Our policy was designed to be as fair and flexible as possible, both for you and for our small business, which reserves a date and prepares an experience exclusively for your party.

Full Refund Cancellation (Notice of more than 14 days)

If you need to cancel your booking more than 14 days in advance of the event date, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Partial Refund or Full Credit Cancellation (Notice between 14 days and 72 hours)

For cancellations made between 14 days and 72 hours (3 days) before the event, you may choose one of two solutions:

A) A refund of 50% of the total booking amount.

B) A credit of 100% of the amount paid, to reschedule your party to a future date (valid for 6 months).

Last Minute Cancellation (Notice of less than 72 hours)

Due to the preparation and blocking of the date, which prevents us from accepting other bookings, for cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice, a refund will not be possible.

Life Happens - Our Free Rescheduling Option

We know what life is like with children! An unexpected fever or unforeseen event can happen. That's why we offer the possibility to reschedule your party once, at no cost, as long as the request is made with a minimum notice of 48 hours. Rescheduling will be subject to our calendar availability.

Cancellation by CLUESNTALES

In the rare and unlikely event that we have to cancel your event, you will naturally receive a full 100% refund of the amount paid.
